# setNextBlockTimestamp

Sets the next block's timestamp.

## Usage

## Parameters

### timestamp

* **Type:** `bigint`

```ts
await testClient.setNextBlockTimestamp({
  timestamp: 1671744314n // [!code focus]
})
```

## Notes

* The next Block `timestamp` cannot be lesser than the current Block `timestamp`.
